Tell us which page you visited, what you were trying to do, and any error message you saw. For privacy requests, describe the request and give enough information to identify the relevant data. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, passport scans, or API keys.

An existing booking

Tiqets provides booking support. Use the support instructions and booking reference in your Tiqets confirmation email for ticket delivery, changes, cancellation, or a refund request. Eventuza cannot change a Tiqets order or promise a refund.

Before your visit

Check your confirmed ticket for the address, entry time, required identification, and supplier instructions. A venue or local operator may have specific access, age, mobility, or arrival requirements.
