Browsing and essential site operation

When you request a page, the server and hosting infrastructure receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and requested address. Essential sessions support language preferences, form security, and administrator authentication. Operational records support security, troubleshooting, and reliable site delivery.

Saved experiences and privacy preferences

Your saved product identifiers and external-map preference are stored in your browser using local storage. The saved list is sent to Eventuza when you open the saved-experiences page so the site can display the matching products. It is not an Eventuza customer account. You can remove individual saved items or clear your browser storage.

Affiliate checkout records

An intentional checkout click may create a record containing a random identifier, the selected product identifier, currency, campaign attribution, and time. The application schedules removal of click records older than 30 days. These click records do not contain payment card or passport information.

Tiqets checkout and provider content

When you choose checkout, your browser opens Tiqets with the selected ticket information and affiliate attribution. Tiqets collects the details required to complete and support the booking under its own privacy notice. Eventuza does not receive your payment card details. Product photos may be delivered from the provider’s image infrastructure, which receives the technical information needed to serve them.

Optional Google Maps

Embedded Google Maps is optional and starts loading only after you allow external maps. Loading connects your browser to Google, which receives technical information and may use cookies under its own privacy policy. You can withdraw permission in Cookie settings, which removes loaded map frames. Opening an external Google Maps link is also your choice.

If you contact the website operator, the information in your message is used to respond and handle your request. Use the published website contact details below to ask about your information, request access or correction, or request deletion where applicable. Requests concerning a Tiqets booking should be directed to Tiqets. Your statutory rights remain applicable.
