St. Mark's Basilica: Exclusive After-Hours Entry + Guided Tour

About This Experience

Meet your guide at St. Mark’s Square for an after-hours visit to St. Mark’s Basilica. Listen to stories about Venice and St. Mark’s history, including how the basilica acquired its relics through a 9th-century event. Watch a custodian unlock the basilica’s doors for you to enter. Instead of crowded spaces and noise, walk through the basilica in peace. Explore areas usually closed during the day, such as the crypt believed to hold St. Mark’s bones. Notice the walls marked by past floods that affected Venice. This unique access allows you to see parts of the basilica that visitors miss during the day.
