San Francisco: Inside Alcatraz Night Tour + 1-Hour Cruise

About This Experience

Visit Alcatraz Island at night with an audio guide. Start by boarding a ferry to Alcatraz with live narration on a special "around the island" route. See the Golden Gate Bridge at sunset. Participate in a cell door demonstration and listen to stories about the island's past residents. Use the multilingual audio guide to learn about the history of Alcatraz, including inmate lives and escape attempts. Check out both temporary and permanent exhibits that highlight the island's history. Your ticket also includes a San Francisco Bay sightseeing cruise to use any day before or after your Alcatraz tour. Sail across San Francisco Bay on a vessel with indoor and outdoor seating. See views of landmarks like the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf, and the Bay Bridge. Please note: If you plan to take both tours on the same day, you must take the Bay Cruise before your Alcatraz tour. Otherwise, the Bay Cruise may be taken any other time or day according to the schedule.
