About This Experience
Explore Iceland's Golden Circle on this full-day tour from Reykjavik. The tour starts at Thingvellir National Park, where Iceland's parliament was founded in 930 AD. Observe the shifting tectonic plates and their impact on the landscape. Visit Efstidalur Farm for a glimpse into local life, then watch the Strokkur geyser erupt every five minutes at the Geysir geothermal area. See the powerful Gullfoss waterfall, fed by the Langjökull glacier, and stop to enjoy lunch (at your own expense) at the Friðheimar tomato farm. End the tour at the Kerið crater, a geological structure that is over three thousand years old.
