Florence: Guided Sunset Food & Wine Tour

About This Experience

Experience Florence through its food on a guided evening tour of local wine bars, restaurants, and other popular spots. Begin in the Oltrarno neighborhood, where you'll be introduced to Tuscan cuisine with bruschetta, Tuscan salame, pecorino cheese, and a glass of Chianti Classico. Next, stop at one of Florence's historic wine windows for a glass of Prosecco before learning how to make a Negroni, a cocktail that originated in Florence. Enjoy your drink with schiacciata, a traditional Tuscan flatbread. For dinner, visit a local trattoria set in a former convent. The meal includes fresh Tuscan pasta and bistecca alla fiorentina, the region's well-known Florentine steak. Finish the evening with gelato from a popular local gelateria, where you can choose your favorite flavor made with regional ingredients. This tour offers a chance to sample traditional Florentine dishes and learn more about the city's food culture.
