About This Experience

Learn about the history of Terezín on a guided tour with roundtrip transfers from Prague. An English-speaking assistant will be available throughout the journey. During the bus ride, listen to an audio guide on your phone about the history of the Czech lands, the Jews in the country, and the town of Terezín. At the Small Fortress of Terezín, join a guided walk in your chosen language. Explore the former concentration camp and its barracks as you learn how the former garrison town was transformed into a camp. Discover how the Nazis renamed Terezín Theresienstadt and sent the first Jewish transports there in November 1941. After the tour, return to Prague by bus.
