Take a coastal boat trip along the coastline of Tasman National Park, located in southern Tasmania between Port Arthur and Eaglehawk Neck. Observe the towering sea cliffs, considered some of the highest in the Southern Hemisphere, including the dolerite cliffs at Cape Pillar, and see sea formations such as Cathedral Rock, the Totem Pole, and The Candlestick. Glide in and out of sea caves, observing geological formations and erosion effects. See Tasman Island, a significant landmark in the Southern Ocean and known for its role in nautical passage. Distinctive yellow boats are specifically designed for navigating the conditions of this region and allow close observation of cliff faces and entry into sea caves.
