Join a small-group guided tour of the Schönbrunn Palace Christmas market and experience the festive atmosphere. Start at Gerstner, the former Imperial and Royal Court Confectioner. Watch a live demonstration of traditional apple strudel preparation as the baker stretches the dough by hand, then enjoy a slice with a hot drink. Your guide will then take you through the Christmas market in front of the palace. Learn about Viennese Christmas traditions and enjoy two mugs of mulled wine (Glühwein) or punsch (a non-alcoholic option is available), plus a seasonal snack, with mug deposits included. After the guided tour, you can choose the Imperial Lights option to visit the illuminated light garden in the palace grounds.
