During the tour, you will visit the production laboratory and see how chocolate is made, including the roasting of cocoa beans and the creation of gianduiotto, a traditional chocolate made with IGP Piedmont hazelnuts. Learn about the techniques and craftsmanship involved in producing high-quality chocolate. The experience concludes with a tasting of handcrafted gianduiotto, single-origin chocolates with different cocoa percentages, and a spreadable chocolate cream.
