Get ready to step back into time with a visit to the Archaeological Museum branch located in the heart of Krakow's Nowa Huta Branice area. This treasure trove of ancient discoveries has been deeply tied to the history of the area and the local metallurgical plant since its inception. It all began in 1949 when construction unearthed a wealth of archaeological wonders. In 1950, the Ministry of Culture and Art officially established the Management of Excavation Works in Nowa Huta. Over the years, the museum has shifted locations within the district, finally settling down in the charming Kraków Branice area.
