ARTIS Groote Museum: Entry Ticket

À propos de cette expérience

Visit ARTIS-Groote Museum, an interactive nature museum next to ARTIS. Discover how humans, animals, plants, and microbes form one ecosystem. Explore more than 1,000 examples that show similarities between humans, animals, and plants. Learn how trees communicate with each other and how babies move in ways similar to crocodiles. Engage with installations using senses, including touch, smell, sound, and sight. Learn how nature is interconnected and how humans are part of it. The museum also hosts various activities and lectures. "Natura ARTIS Magistra", meaning "nature is the teacher of art and science", has been ARTIS's motto since 1838. This motto is reflected in the *Studio ARTIS* exhibition, starting October 9, 2026. ARTIS-Groote Museum will invite four artists to create new works in the museum. In a specially designed studio, the artists will work on their artworks and talk with visitors about their work and connection to nature.
