Discover the vinification and find out about the aging of the wines, while contemplating the magnificent Castilian landscape. You'll taste three wines paired with local Castilian artisan products, prepared by the winery's chef. You'll never have a Churra sheep's cheese quite like this, with homemade Tinta del País grape jam, piquillo peppers confit in red wine, Burgos blood sausage and oil cake bread.
