Memento Park: Private Trabant Transfer

À propos de cette expérience

Memento Park is a must-see for history buffs and travelers seeking an authentic experience in Budapest. With transport via a classic East German Trabant car, and a friendly personal guide, your guided tour of Memento Park will transport you back in time to communist-era Budapest. Your restored Trabant will arrive to pick you up in the Budapest area, and you'll chug along the stone streets of this historic city. Keep in mind that for safety reasons, visitors under 12 are not allowed in the Trabant. When you arrive at Memento Park you'll enjoy a complimentary beverage, and your guide will begin the informative and interactive guided tour. Feel encouraged to ask your guide questions between sculptures, monuments, and plaques to learn the historical and cultural stories woven into Hungary's complex history. Known to locals as simply "Memorial Park", notice the intentional compilation of this outdoor museum as it transitions from a painful past to a hopeful future.
